Vapor-Green FC Series  Performance parameters

• ASTM E-96 - Water Vapor Transmission Reduction:  0.5 to 0.1 perms US or roughly
  an 80 to 99.5% reduction, as needed.*

• Complete system: 25 Pounds / 100% RH

• ASTM D-1308 - Acid/ Alkali Resistance:  14 pH

• ASTM D-4541 - Adhesion to Concrete:  >500 psi (or to cohesive slab failure)

• ASTM F-1869 - Calcium Chloride Test:  <3.0 pounds per 1,000 Sq.Ft. / 24 hrs. 

• ASTM F-710 - Alkalinity - Reduces to neutral pH.

• ASTM F-2170 - Relative Humidity Test (In-situ):  Up to 100% RH**

• Volatile Organic Content - Zero VOC fully cured, and <70 g/l if reduced with water until full cure.
    

* At 80% reduction, a 15 pound slab is reduced to 3 pounds and can be achieved in one coat. In rare cases where the slab is higher than 15 pounds (or **100% RH) the material can be applied to achieve up to 99.5% control. We scale the application according to the needs of the job, saving our clients unnecessary costs.
