Formed in 2004, Advanced
Moisture Control produces state-of-the-art, environmentally responsible chemical
products to control against floor covering and coating failures caused by slab
moisture and chemical attack. Warranted for up to 15 years and installed by
certified-applicators who jointly-sign the warranty with us, we offer our customers both
security and a wise investment in the performance-life of their buildings.
The need to seal concrete floor slabs against moisture vapor and chemical attack
on flooring and coating systems has become a world-wide industry issue, yet
people can be understandably skeptical of any real solution for many other
systems have failed.
We can sell a product, everyone does, but instead we work directly with
our customer to diagnose, prescribe and treat the problem according to its exact
needs. This is the only way to reduce the probability of a call-back, for this
is a risky business.
Long term success will never be a product-centered solution, but one of both
carefully engineered chemical products and the absolute proper administration of
them. The things that separates us from our competitors only begins with our
