It is our mission to assist Owners, Architects and Contractors on finding and understanding the most cost-effective path to slab moisture compliance.

Moisture problems with floors and coatings have affected people worldwide, for it is challenging to correct and is often misunderstood. Despite the myriad of products on the market, it remains a billion dollar problem. It takes more than product, it takes experience with concrete, job site conditions, and many more factors. Products, do not understand the variability of jobsites. Only people do.   

We are pioneers in the concrete moisture control industry, as are many of our applicators. Our people participate giving seminars, workshops, training schools and have been guest-speakers for several industry association chapters nationwide. We welcome the opportunity anytime, its how we meet people, its how we create knowledge.

Our team of nationwide certified applicators provide more than just a solution with a valid warranty and an honest, competitive price. We help our customers understand the principles of this moisture phenomena, both physically and sociologically, for they must make important decisions with other people in regards to facing the few options ahead.

The need to seal concrete floor slabs against moisture vapor and chemical attack on flooring and coating systems has become a world-wide industry issue, yet people can be understandably skeptical of any real solution for many other systems have failed. Some couldn't possibly work, others never had a fair chance.

We can just sell a product like everyone else does, but instead we work directly with our customer to diagnose, prescribe and treat the problem according to its exact needs. This is YOUR project, and it also becomes ours. We treat every slab like a patient, its not a life, but it is often a livelihood that is at risk when it comes to moisture.

Our Vapor-Green polymer formulations are Green by nature. That is, in both manufacturing processes as well as the application process for VOC compliance and user-safety. As with our Syment calcium aluminate and Portland cementious compounds, our products are proudly made in the USA with a linear chain of custody from raw components to finished applications.

We work with specifiers and architects to achieve viable, cost-effective and dare we say honest specifications on how to treat slab moisture issues for floor protection. Our history with millions of square feet of past, specified projects is testimony of our work, but our ministry is to serve the needs of our American buildings and the people who face moisture issues within them.

THE ROSE BOWL of Pasadena, CA

When the players come off the field they run across a floor system that is protected by us. When the Rose Bowl needed to install floors quickly over brand new concrete, they specified our products and got the job done. Since then, many teams have trampled over us!
